Technology or Facility Help
We are pleased to announce our new helpdesk system called Incident IQ. This system will be a one-stop location for all technology and facility work orders.
Please submit a ticket for all helpdesk requests using one of the methods below. We will then prioritize the tickets based on impact and urgency. Please do not contact us individually.
Submit and view ticket statuses, equipment and KB articles for Technology and Facilities.

Tips
Once a ticket is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email.
To update the ticket with new information, simply reply to the email.
